Shipping & Returns
HYPEBABE will ship all available items with 2/3 weeks processing time before shipment as we ship directly from our warehouse in China.
PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO CHINESE NEW YEAR ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.
Please note that your items may arrive in separate packages. if this is the case you will be notified as to which items you will be receiving in any one package.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.
Please note that all packages will require a signature to be received. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.
We intrust our couriers to deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper

Refunds and Returns
HYPEBABE operates on a no refunds policy. Please contact us directly if you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note. All returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
